What Repostamos is, who runs it and why it exists.
What we do
Repostamos brings together in one place the map, the official price and the price history of every alternative fuel sold in Spain: renewable diesel (HVO), renewable petrol, LPG (autogas), compressed and liquefied natural gas, biomethane, hydrogen and AdBlue.
Price and location data comes entirely from the open data that filling stations report to the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition. We normalise it, store it day by day and compute what the raw feed does not give: medians by province and brand, the difference against ordinary diesel, and how the network and prices have evolved.
What we do not do
We do not sell fuel and we do not broker any sale. We accept no payment to be listed, to rank higher or to remove a station. We are not affiliated with any fuel operator or public body.
How we work
- Prices are collected every half hour, the same frequency at which the official source is updated.
- Every page with data states the source and the time of the last update.
- In the guides, every technical or regulatory statement carries a verifiable public source. When we cannot find one, we say so and point to the manufacturer or the competent authority.
- When official data and a press release disagree, we publish the official data.
Corrections
If a price or a station looks wrong, write to contacto@repostamos.com naming the station: we check it against the source and, if the error comes from the feed itself, we flag it on the page.
